    I believe leadership is the single greatest driver of organizational success. Over the last decade, I’ve worked with companies of every size — from Fortune 5 giants to scrappy startups — across industries like tech, gaming, renewable energy, and retail. The through line? Leaders make or break culture, growth, and performance.

    My work is about creating space where leaders feel safe enough to grow and bold enough to disrupt the status quo. I design programs that don’t sit on a shelf — they push leaders to think bigger and equip them with practical tools they can use the same day.

    I’ve built global leadership programs, coached executives through messy inflection points, and helped organizations realign culture when the stakes were high.

I’ve had the hard conversations, the sleepless nights, and the moments where I thought, “This might break me.” But it didn’t. It made me relentless about building HR that matters.

    I started in recruiting—boots on the ground, learning fast that business momentum begins with the right people. Since then, I’ve led full-scale HR transformations, navigated seven acquisitions, stood up a full-service talent practice, and guided companies through exits. I’ve sat in the seat, and I’ve carried the weight.

    What makes me different? I see HR not as a function—but as a lever. One that, when done right, aligns people, culture, and performance so the business moves faster, smarter, and with more impact. I don’t do buzzwords; I do outcomes. Especially in PE-backed and founder-led environments where the pressure is high and the room for error is low.
