    I started in recruiting—boots on the ground, learning fast that business momentum begins with the right people. Since then, I’ve led full-scale HR transformations, navigated seven acquisitions, stood up a full-service talent practice, and guided companies through exits. I’ve sat in the seat, and I’ve carried the weight.
